Brother makes a great machine.

This machine has allowed us to personalize belongings, gifts, and apparel. I am very happy with this purchase. The only setback is the 12"X12" size limit. We have made bigger items but in pieces.

Buy Zig 2 way glue to re-stick your Matt.

I love the machine so so much. The Matt’s.....not so much. Stick went away almost instantly!!!

This machine came wrapped like it was brand new(its factory refurbished). The integrity of the machine is top notch and there's no issues with this machine. I've done about 15 cuts with this machine and its easy to use and does a fantastic job. It came with all the brother manuals and packaging. I would definitely buy this again if I need to.
