Nước chấm bánh bột lọc phải cay thì mới ngon và chuẩn vị. Pha theo tỷ lệ : 2 thìa nước mắm, 2 thìa đường, 8 thìa nước lọc, 1/2 quả chanh, ớt và tỏi băm nhỏ. Hành lá rửa sạch cắt nhỏ để ra 1 cái bát. Dầu ăn đun sôi rồi đổ vào bát hành.
