Tỏi băm nhỏ. Bắp cải non sơ chế sạch, để ráo nước cắt làm đôi. Trộn dầu olive, mù tạt, muối, tiêu, tỏi băm, siro đường, ớt bột, khuấy đều thành hỗn hợp sốt rồi ướp vào bắp cải tí hon.
Chuẩn bị bếp nướng. Ngâm que tre trước 30 phút để lúc nướng que không bị cháy. Xiên que qua bắp cải tí hon. Nướng bắp cải cho đến khi chín vàng là hoàn thành rồi.
Thưởng thức thôi nào. Ngoài dùng món này như món ăn chay, món chính thì bạn cũng có thể bổ sung vào menu trong bữa tiệc nướng cuối tuần đó nha. Ăn kèm thịt cá thịt cực kì tuyệt vời.
